Deployments/Features Process

The WMF aims to move to a quicker release/deploy cycle with the near-term goal of moving to a weekly deploy cycle (exact details TBD). With that in mind, User:Greg Grossmeier is interviewing all WMF Feature Teams on their current development and deployment process, how it interacts with the bi-weekly deploys, how they use testing/QA in that process, and where any pain points are that might prevent them from moving to a faster cycle.
