Project Name: SisterSearch

Purpose: For development, we need a vanilla MediaWiki instance with a development and debugging environment to minimize platform issues

Wikitech username of requestor: Gryllida

Brief description: Interface to expose inter-project search results on every page, to improve UX, cross-wiki reader and editor engagement. See sketches below.
