Desktop interface at present with the proposed search bar sketch.
Mobile interface at present without any changes.

Clicking these labels would take the query from the text box and move the user over to
- https://<respective wiki URL here>/w/index.php?title=Special%3ASearch&search=<user query here>6&go=Go
The Special:Search page text box would have to also be moved to the top, otherwise there is two boxes at the same time and this is confusing.
This is consistent with mobile interface which also has a search box at the page top but does not have a sister project selection there yet.

This tool would also make it easier for people to find sister wikis and improve cross-wiki editor involvement.
