power cycle: reset /system1/pwrmgtsvc1

serial console: start /system1/sol1    

To quit the serial console (NB it's capital T - i.e. shift-t):

 press <Enter>, <Esc>, and then <T> to terminate session
 (press the keys in sequence, one after the other)
