Nice writeup! :) A few thoughts

  1. You probably want to create the virtualenv and then clone *inside* it. This is a more common pattern and makes it very clear where each folder's environment is
  2. I'm unsure if just specifying the path to the custom python is enough, or if you need to specify site path yourself too. Cool if it works though!

Job Schedule & Job Status

Thanks for the right up it really help me to setup the pywikibot. I submit the job just like you mentioned only difference was I submit the job from my user space (/home/..). I still have no idea how to check the job status. I tried similar commands that I used to use in toolserver but they don't seem to work. I tried to find information but didn't see any. It would be great if you could provide some information related to checking the status of the job. I get the message that job has been successfully submit.
