Strange login issue
We're told at this Gerrit page that our wikitech.wikimedia.org login ID and password become our Gerrit credentials automatically. However, I'm logged in here and cannot login to gerrit.wikimedia.org with the same login info (wether I login at and log back out at wikitech or not), nor is my SMcCandlish account missing at the gerrit.wikimedia.org server (if I try to create one, I'm told it already exists). Gerrit's login page provides no way to reset the password or do anything else.
I (and a few others) have previously experienced seemingly LDAP-related login issues, that began around the time of the migration away from the old Toolserver and the introduction of the SUL (single user login) system. Consequently, I wasn't even able to login to Phabricator for something like 3 years. While that particular issue was more or less resolved (see my user talk thread about it at Meta, and the phab:T138672 ticket at Phabricator), in that I can finally login to Phabricator by one of the two methods but not the other, I can't get into Gerrit at all.
