people2003 was a virtual machine running on Ganeti on Debian bookworm. It hosted the service People.wikimedia.org. All shell admin groups had access.
It has replaced the former server people2002 in Phabricator:T338827.
It has itself been replaced by people2004 in T402596.
Its counterpart in eqiad was people1004.
Connecting
Connect to people2003 over ssh by proxying through a bastion (e.g. bast1003.wikimedia.org). As with other hosts, ensure you have ProxyJump configured in .ssh/config (see Production shell access). Then connect as follows:
