Minor rewording
The proposal looks good to me, I would change some wordings but just minor things:
From "Build and run tools":
- Navigate tool accounts and files -> Create and access your tool account
- Kubernetes backend -> might move this to useful links or similar, seems out of place/not a task
- Use Redis for caching -> Use shared Redis for caching
- Set up Elasticsearch -> Use shared Elasticsearch for searching
From "Access shared storage and databases":
- Access shared storage and databases -> Access wiki generated data, mainly to differentiate between accessing data that was generated by a wiki (wikireplicas/dumps/cirrussearch) from using a data storage for your tool (toolsdb/nfs/redis/elasticsearch).
- Manage tool databases and storage -> I'd move this to the "build and run tools" section, maybe rename "Create a DB for your tool or access shared storage" or split in two
