Citation Hunt tool to Galician wiki

- @Elisardojm: Hi! Yes, happy to do that, but I'll need some information about the wiki -- please see https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Citation_Hunt#Adding_support_to_a_new_language. Some of those items I can figure out on my own, but it definitely helps to have a native speaker provide them. Citation Hunt tool webservice request timed out
Hi, the link to citation hunt tool through wikipedia is timing out. Just wanted to make you aware of the issue. Hopefully this is a simple fix.
