Request for JarBot source code under Toolforge Right to fork policy

Hello,

I am interested in studying and potentially rebuilding some of JarBot's previous maintenance tasks as a separate, independently maintained bot/tool, subject to the relevant Wikimedia community approval before any operation.

I am requesting the source code of JarBot, or any publishable parts of it, under the Toolforge Right to fork policy.

I am not requesting access to the JarBot account, its Toolforge home directory, URL, OAuth grants, databases, private files, or any on-wiki bot permissions. I am only requesting the publishable source code, with any secrets or private data removed, so that I can study the implementation and possibly develop an independent maintained fork or reimplementation.

The Toolforge SAL for tools.jarbot indicates that the tool existed and had scheduled/background jobs:

I understand that the original maintainer account appears to be globally locked, so a direct response may not be possible. I am posting this notice to follow the required process before submitting a request to the Toolforge Standards Committee if there is no response within 14 days.

Additional clarification:

To avoid any ambiguity, my request also includes any publishable task-specific configuration currently available for the Toolforge tools related to JarBot, such as Pywikibot user scripts, user-fixes.py files, cron/job definitions, command invocations, task lists, or other non-private configuration that explains how the bot's maintenance tasks were run.

I am not requesting any secrets, credentials, private data, databases, OAuth grants, the tool account itself, the bot account, or any on-wiki bot permissions. My request is limited to publishable source code and non-private configuration that can help with an independent fork or reimplementation.
