There's a few more things you should complete before your account is fully ready for use:
- Upload an SSH key
- Log into Gerrit, and upload an SSH key there as well (we have a bug open to make Gerrit synchronize keys with Cloud VPS's LDAP directory)
- Subscribe to the cloud list
- Join the #wikimedia-cloud connect channel on Freenode IRC
- Browse the available Cloud VPS projects, and ask to be added to one that interests you
