cbng-sql-3 review

Hi, cbng-sql-1, cbng-sql-2, cbng-sql-3, cbng-sql-4, cbng-sql-5, cbng-sql-6, getsentry and scratch should be deleted. Creating new toolinfo records appears not to be working, so I cannot currently update cluebot, which is legacy but can still exist for the moment. damian (talk)
