I saw your request for shell access and wanted to let you know that that particular form is no longer needed. We have changed how things work on the server side so that membership in the "bastion" project which that form used to provide is now handled automatically when a user is added to another Wikimedia Labs project. --BryanDavis (talk) 17:22, 21 November 2016 (UTC)
