Hello!! I'm Rodrigo Padula, I'm a reseacher on informatics applied to education and a free software enthisiast since the 90's.
My fisrt contact with Wikipedia was in 2004 and I'm a user since then and a contributor since 2006, from 2013-2014 I worked as a consultant for WMF in Brasil at the Brazilian Catalyst Program working as a Education Program Coordinator, in 2014-2015 I proposed and get approved a new user group with special focus on education and research, but covering and helping many other initiatives inside the Wikimedia Movement.
In 2014 I was responsible to organize the Wiki Loves Earth Brasil 2014 and in 2015 I decided to organize the same contest to bring new people to the movement and collect more good photos regarding the Brazilian nature.
