Refreshing facts on the puppet compiler is easy!
- On palladium, run this script [1]
- Copy the resulting puppet-facts.tar.xz to compiler02.puppet3-diffs.eqiad.wmflabs
- Substitute the content of /var/lib/catalog-differ/puppet/yaml with the contents of the archive
- Don't forget to chown them to jenkins-deploy:wikidev
