Scheduling downtime

The icinga-downtime script on neon.wikimedia.org allows to schedule downtime in case of planned maintenance.

For example, to schedule 5 minutes (300s) of downtime for cp3007:

icinga-downtime -h cp3007 -d 300 -r "rebooting with linux 4.4 T131928 --ema"
