Hi! I'm Claudia. I grew up in Hong Kong, and currently live in Oakland, California. My research interests are in online social interaction, particularly online community moderation.
My hobbies include calligraphy, cooking and I've recently started to keep an aquarium (sorry to break the alliteration chain).
My work
I work as a Senior Design Researcher, with a subject matter focus in anti-harassment and volunteer online community governance.
