Hi. This page is strange. It's unclear which parts, if any, of this document are specific to the coronavirus pandemic. There's actually no mention of the virus or disease outside the page title and all of the advice on the page seems like it would be generally applicable. For example, is there a time when "Can you roll back this change without lasting impact?" is not a key deployment question?

The "Why" section discusses "people who are single points of failure," but then nothing in this document seems to attempt to address or mitigate SPoFs themselves. Is that a goal? Shouldn't addressing or mitigating SPoFs be a goal, if having these SPoFs is seemingly making documents like this necessary? (Tho, again, I'm not clear this document is necessary.) --MZMcBride (talk) 03:55, 16 April 2020 (UTC)Reply
