Summary

Things are in progress, but not much was completed this week. We're dealing with an incident on Search and spending significant time on planning for next fiscal year.

What we've accomplished

Search Update Pipeline

• Rolled out SUP writing to cloudelastic for all wikis
  • Backfill with five instances and up to 1k updates/s written to cloudelastic
• Ported saneitizer rerender loop (to continously rerender all pages over longer periods of time) - https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T358599

WDQS graph splitting

• First patch up to support stubs in splitting the graph, including some cleanup to the existing code - https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T362060

Misc

• Search roadmap, what do we need to do for next fiscal year
• Issue with title suggestion search on codfw, still being investigated - https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T363516
