This is a quick-reference sheet for the people running the server cluster that runs http://www.wikipedia.org/ and related sites. OSs/flavors not present in our cluster are therefore NOT LISTED.

Please do not add your favorite OS/distro/flavor or ask us why it has been so callously ignored. Thanks.

Well I'm no wikimedia admin but I think the command to restart the firewall on SuSE is /etc/init.d/SuSEfirewall2_init restart && /etc/init.d/SuSEfirewall2_setup restart. I use openSUSE 10.1 on my box. If that doesn't work then the firewall can be restarted from YaST. --Dandaman32 03:58, 1 November 2006 (PST)
