AWS Services from Amazon.com is be pulling our publicly available data sets from download and placing them within their publicly available data sets

These syncs are done on a monthly basis with 3 versions staying live within the Amazon system. The drive here is to decrease the operational cost for any researcher wanting to parse our data. With the data sets being available in PDS, the time it takes to setup a machine and grab the dataset, is greatly reduced.
