Wikispore is at https://wikispore.wmflabs.org/ (running on the wikispore-prod Cloud VPS box), the test site is https://wikispore-test.wmflabs.org/ (wikispore-test). Both use Vagrant, with the setup described on Help:MediaWiki-Vagrant in Cloud VPS, but with local forks of the roles to avoid unwanted development-oriented side effects (test fixtures, test wikis, documentation pages etc).
