Nova Resource:Wikispore/Setup

Wikispore is at https://wikispore.wmflabs.org/ (running on the wikispore-prod-02 Cloud VPS box), the test site was https://wikispore-test.wmflabs.org/ (wikispore-test) but is now not used.

The config is in the gitlab:toolforge-repos/wikispore-config repository.

There's a wikispore Toolforge account that's used for a couple of databases and the maintainers' email address.
