In point 3 line 12, the NDA uses the term WMF donors, but it never defines what the abbreviation WMF means before using it; that's a pretty bad habit. I suggest to change the term to Wikimedia donors.

On that issue, given the general confusion between Wikimedia and Wikimedia Foundation, I suggest that the NDA does not use the term Wikimedia to refer to the Wikimedia Foundation (as it does from point 1 onwards), but to use the term Foundation, especially as it uses the term Wikimedia movement in point 2.

odder, I'm sorry, wikitech is not a site that I visit often (I know, no excuse). The current version of the NDA is located in phab:L2, but it is only visible to certain users, including of course the ones requesting special access. In any case, the current version says "This agreement is between the Wikimedia Foundation ("WMF")" and specifies always "Wikimedia Foundation", except in "including information entrusted to WMF by members of the Wikimedia movement", which is also a coorect term. Therefore, we didn't manage to reply you here, but at least we were able to improve the NDA and address your concern.--qgil (talk) 21:58, 13 March 2015 (UTC)Reply
