Service
The service is hosted on two Ganeti VMs in eqiad/codfw and is powered by Apache. The VMs are active/active via discovery records.
To reboot one of the nodes or enforce a service restart, the sre.misc-clusters.restart-reboot-config-master cookbook can be used.
