To access any instances in the Wikitolearn-dev project, you need to be a member of that project. If one of the existing project administrators as listed on that page enrolls you in that group, you will automatically be given shell access as well. --Tim Landscheidt (talk) 04:50, 20 November 2015 (UTC)
