Flask

I followed everything stated in Setting_up_Flask_cgi_app_as_a_tool until the step "Ensure permissions". However, I always got Internal error at http://tools.wmflabs.org/nullzero/cgi-bin/cgi.py/ . Do you have any idea why it is not functional?
