Phab linking

That Phabricator link does not really do what it says, as it only links to the project. https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/maniphest/task/edit/?projects=paws might be an option (external link needed because of URL encoding of the question mark), plus mw:Phabricator/Help if you don't know what Phabricator is and only get a login page, and phab:tag/paws would be for checking existing bug reports and feature requests first? --aklapper (talk) 08:04, 23 September 2020 (UTC)
