Following the steps of your tuto, it happens that the namenode being "qchris-master.eqiad.wmnet" seems to be an error ...

I followed the tuto until the end of the "setting up hadoop" section, and got it working using "qchris-master.eqiad.wmflabs" domain.

Do you mind if I update the tuto, or do I let you do it ?
