Hi, I'm Flavio Gonzaga, I received a Ph.D. in Systems Engineering and Computer Science from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro in 2013. Currently I'm a Professor of Computer Science Department at the Federal University of Alfenas and CEO of SearchOnMath, a search engine that aims to allow students and researchers to find web pages containing, to various degrees of similarity, a given mathematical formula. It's a search engine for the direct lookup of mathematical content. SearchOnMath covers, among others, the english version of Wikipedia.

My research interests are in Math Information Retrieval, Computer Networks, Distributed Systems and Discrete Event Simulation.
