• Utilization ~= 11.7T (~11981G)

After moving non-Wikipedia Parsoid to new

• Non-WP Parsoid ~= 53G/instance
  • 53 * 27 instances ~= 1431G utilization
• WP Parsoid ~= 238G/instance
• Utilization ~= 10550G (~25%)

After decommissioning 3 hosts

• 6 hosts w/ 4.5T each ~= 27 (27648G)
• Utilization ~= 10550G (~38%)

After moving Wikipedia Parsoid to new

• WP Parsoid ~= 357G/instance
  • 357G * 18 instances ~= 6426G
• Utilization ~= 4124G (15%)

New

Current / start

• 3 hosts (per data-center) w/ 4465G ~= 13T (13395G)
• Utilization ~= ((99G per disk (nominal) * 5 disks) * 3) ~= 1485G (~11%)

After moving non-Wikipedia Parsoid from legacy

• Utilization: 1485G + 1431G ~= 2916G (~22%)

After bootstrapping 3 new hosts

• 6 hosts (per data-center) w/ 4465G ~= 26T (26790G)
• Utilization (2916 / 26790) = .1089 (~11%)

After moving Wikipedia Parsoid from legacy

• Utilization 2916 + 6426 = 9342G (~35%)
