See phab:T182927 - this is intended to be a service user with the ability to create and delete recordsets in the beta.wmflabs.org Designate zone, for the purpose of getting Lets Encrypt certificates with the DNS-01 challenge. This user is currently held by Alex, password to be shared once I manage to get this working properly.
