Yes Done. I have set the bot's description to "Matterbridge bot used by Wikimedia communities. See https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Tool:Bridgebot for more information." and also changed the easier to display 'about' text to "https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Tool:Bridgebot".
