Throttling
Could anyone advise on how many seconds of sleep should there be between git clone requests performed while building a Docker image to avoid throttling? The typical clone command is git clone --recurse-submodules --shallow-submodules --depth=1 --no-tags --single-branch -b "REL1_43" "https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/mediawiki/extensions/ContactPage".
