Hi, this is Josh from ITS. I was assisting a user earlier with getting her set up with CiviCRM. We hit a few snags while following the instructions.

Namely, the process for installing the certificate in Windows looks like it could use some additional detail. There are steps we followed to complete the install that aren't mentioned explicitly in the article and it would also have been helpful to have some Windows screenshots.

Additionally, the Chrome section appears to be out of date as the Chrome UI's settings menus seem to have changed somewhat since the last time the article was updated. The screenshots probably do need to be updated.

Just wanted to leave a note about that somewhere, to see if the documentation can be updated.
