The etcd cluster has an unexpected number of nodes, this might happen during maintenance (e.g. replacing etcd nodes) or upgrades.

If the alert has fired outside of a maintenance window, check the etcd and/or kubernetes logs for errors. See also openstack-browser for tools and toolsbeta.
