The NeutronAgentAdminDown alert fires when an OpenStack Neutron networking agent has been administratively disabled for a while.

Debugging

You should:

• Figure out why the agent is disabled (e.g. by looking at the SAL)
• If there is no more reason for the agent to be disabled, re-enable it:
