What would you like to use your Tool Labs account for?
We would like to access the historic of editing pages from enwiki, so that we can measure the rate of wich math formulas are created/edited. We work with Math Information Retrieval area, and understanding such thing might be helpful on establish a good politic for updating our local databases.
