To implement Wiki bounce handling by implementing VERP technology. Two webservers are required, one acting as the SMTP smarthost, and other as the local wiki server, which queries in the former for mail lookups. Thus, by blacklisting certain senders in the SMTP smarthost, we can originate bounces on the sending machine. The extension BounceHandler is ready.
