Core features and Growth teams' servers

- This is the project for
- the Core features team (primarily working on "Flow", formerly known as the Editor Engagement working on AFTv5 and Echo)
- the Growth team (formerly Editor Engagement Experiments).
Both are Wikimedia Foundation features teams using these labs instances to test upcoming new features to attract new editors to Wikipedia (and make them stay).
