dologmsg

dologmsg is the name of two related binaries at Wikimedia:

• A Toolforge binary, which can be used to log to a tool’s Server Admin Log through #wikimedia-cloud ^connect, and which automatically adds the !log prefix and the tool name
• A production binary, which can be used to log to the production Server Admin Log through #wikimedia-operations ^connect, and which does not add any prefix automatically
